Located in a quiet area of Guilderton but still close enough to all amenities. This comfortable beach cottage has all you need to make your stay an enjoyable one. This property would be ideal for two families. Features include 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, fans, air con in upstairs area, front and rear decks with BBQ's on both for easy alfresco dining and is fully self-contained. All you need is to bring your sheets and towels. The lower level of the property features a bedroom with a single bed and a tri-bunk with laundry, bathroom and TV with DVD playing capability only. Access to the first floor of the property is via the stairs at rear, no inside access. Pet friendly - outside only. Not fenced. Pet bond applicable $250 The first floor of the property features master bedroom with queen bed with sliding door access to front deck, second bedroom features a queen and single bed, lounge, dining, kitchen and bathroom. Neat and tidy, unbelievably hot with no air con and some windows without curtains so you can’t even block out the heat. Was so hot nothing in the freezer would freeze. Must of been 50 degrees inside. So not comfortable at all. No one could sleep. So many bugs in the night. Was a hot time of year, but with this house being blocked from sea breeze, was very uncomfortable.
A gorgeous little beach house. Simple but sufficient. Lots of bed space, great for groups. The lower bedrooms are only accessed by going outside the main house which is worth noting for winter weather! We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
Difficult to contact host upon arrival and had to wait almost an hour to be able to enter the building, no aircon which leaves the house atrociously hot in summer and there is a big ant problem in every room with the bathroom and kitchen as the main culprits. Don't stay here if you have multiple younger children as three beds aren't accessible by the main house. Definitely not worth the price.
Very easy to come and go from. Suitable for toddlers to be kept secure in the upstairs and verandah area. The beds are VERY comfortable. The barbecue is very big and useful. Comfortable living area with TV, books and games. Kirsten was lovely to talk to and I appreciate not doing EVERYTHING on email.
decent price -slightly far away from the river and sea but walkable apart from that a super house
