Utterly fantastic! What a cool, comfortable, and unique place :) We stayed here for a week in spring and fell in love with this tall-pine neighborhood and the lovingly refurbished bunkhouse with a burbling creek below. Collectibles from all eras have been put tastefully around the house that bring forward its history and give it a sense of old-time fashion; the kitchen was fantastically furnished with everything we needed, and we really enjoyed playing records on the record player (next time we'll have to try some of the Dylan tapes and watch some classic Disney on VHS!). We very much appreciated the food and eggs in the fridge and consumed it all; and I really enjoyed talking with Chris, learning to observe and appreciate birds from parrot to chicken. Great comfy bed, lovely shower, helpful binder with info - everything is thoughtful, clean, and cute, much like the whole town of Prescott itself. Thanks Aspen Creek Bunkhouse!

We are city people and Ted's place was a great and different experience for us. Our 10 year old loved feeding the chickens and ducks and picking fresh eggs. The bunkhouse has a retro feel...VCR, record player and rotary phones were part of its unique vibe. It is also very close to the downtown area and Whiskey Row but not near all the traffic. We enjoyed our stay.

The Aspen Bunkhouse is where history meets modern technology. This place is a nice hidden gem, close to downtown but not too close that it’s crowded. The bedroom and bathroom is separate from the kitchen/living area but it is not an issue at all, if anything it helps with decompressing after a long day. Everything inside of the home was bunkhouse was clean and cozy. Upon arrival, Ted greeted me and walked me through both sides of the bunkhouse and assured me if would be available if I needed anything. This place is great I think the photos do not do it justice.

Loved my stay! It was so peaceful and relaxing. I felt right at home. It was also so nice chatting with the Berard’s. I got to feed the ducks and they graciously gave me fresh eggs. I would come back and stay again!
