Villa Lipa consists of: LOWER GROUND FLOOR offers Bedroom No1 with two single beds which can be connected to the double, family bathroom, a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, and a playroom with a sofa bed that can be used for sleeping arrangements for two-person. The playroom is equipped with a game console PS4 and projector so this room has a double purpose. From both rooms, you can exit to the fenced children's area with a swing and slide. Next to the bedrooms is a sauna. GROUND FLOOR consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, a living area with fireplace, toilet, and a direct exit to the pool area with a private, infinity heated pool, six lounge chairs, and a summer kitchen with grill, and outdoor dining area. The FIRST FLOOR includes three bedrooms, each with an en-suite luxury bathroom and with air conditioning.
