Located not too far walk from the centre. Plenty of amenities nearby. Left nice touches for our arrival. Comfortable beds and provided towels.

Great place for a group of friends to be based for a night out in Edinburgh. Close to the centre and exactly as described. Lot of communication from Usman meant there were no ambiguities and everyone very happy

This is a good place to pile into as a big group for a few days stay at a very reasonable price in Edinburgh. GREAT: - location - check in: was super easy and sharing the key between us was very convenient due to a key box outside the front door. -communication from a friendly and caring host (helped us with a hot water issue quickly) -bedding: was all spotlessly clean. An agency also did a great job of cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, as well as providing ample, fresh towels. GOOD - kitchen facilities -space: lots of room and didn’t feel too cramped. Most of the furniture was in good condition and clean. BAD - presence of mould in the bathroom (bottom of shower basin) and in built-in cupboards. - slightly scuffed and marked walls, but nothing new for cheap student accommodation. Overall, I would recommend this place to someone looking for something simple - but it was very much “ok” not great.
