Rented with Samantha for a month and a half while I was in town for business. She was always responsive, thoughtful, checked in with me often, and made me feel at-home for the duration of my stay. The room was cozy and I felt the value for what I paid was far better than I would have received at a hotel/motel/or other long-term stay option. I would book again with Samantha in a heartbeat and hope to do so the next time I’m in town.

Samantha’s place was very easy and convenient. Don’t be deterred by renting a room in a house! Very good experience

Samantha was a great host I would 10/10 come back every time. Next time I’m in town for work she is the first person on the list to call I loved the stay super clean and she was super responsive with any questions I had about what to do around town she was a great host

What you see in the photos is not what you end up with… Felt like she rented out one of her kid’s room. My room had a rack of clothes in the room itself. No room for me to hang anything up in. No drawer to put any of my clothes in.
