总体性价比OK。入住期间房东不在城里，但入住过程还算顺利。房间的地理位置很棒，但阳台不能使用的情况下，活动空间比较小，房间光线也没有照片中看起来那么充足。内部设施陈旧，使用的床单和毯子是干净的，但也很陈旧，床单甚至起毛球了。马桶可能也是因为陈旧，使用期间出现了些问题。为了使用空调，每天要额外付10欧的费用，虽然提前有说明，但不知道意大利的电费是不是真的这么贵👻

民宿所在位置非常棒，就在梵蒂冈旁边，步行2分钟即到，去各大景点也非常方便。Lauro非常友好，非常乐观，还很健谈！下次一定还来。

Nice place ! Very close to the cathedral and the castle, the room is quiet and clean , all the facilities are good and convenient. Lauro is such a nice person , he prepared a breakfast for us and we have a nice chat in the morning. 房间不错，离圣天使城堡和圣彼得教堂都很近，房间里也干净，房东大爷人也很有特点，会帮你在他的阳台上准备早餐，对东亚文化很感兴趣～

Amazing location and undoubtedly accessible to the Vatican, metro trains and restaurants. The place is kept clean at all times. The place has some minor differences from the photos but closely resembled how the property was advertised. It is overall an amazing place to relax. I love the breakfast although I have to skip some of them because I have to leave for my tours earlier. Lauro is very communicative. However, I missed the details on how to get to the property which was provided a few months ago in my Air bnb inbox by him. It might be worth to review your inbox on the actual site. The host has given me some helpful tips and recommendations around Rome and handed me a map with an explanation. Perhaps in the future, the possibility to use a kitchen and cook will be available which will greatly boost the overall experience of anyone staying there. Rome is generally expensive, but I thought this place has good value for money. I highly recommend this place and will choose this again.

My family spent 4 nights in Lauro’s house. It’s clean and quiet, nearby restaurants and convenient stores. It’s just two blocks from Vatican and castle of St Angelo, providing no rushing experience to visit these great places. Lauro provided daily breakfasts and gave you directions to seaport or airport as you came in and out of city.
