The apartment was great and very close to the beach. Prior to the visit I was in a place with little phone receptions and I was going to do the check in late. Even though I was a bit disconnected they were very responsive and helpful. In the end they left instructions for a late check in, which were perfect! Extremely kind and helpful. I would happily stay again.

The accommodations were spacious and cosy. The kitchen contained enough dishes and cookware to cook simple meals. Pontalaia was very accommodating of our arrival (let us store luggage until room was ready) and departure needs, provided a welcome basket of a few simple and healthy treats. Staff were friendly. The neighbours were quiet and the suites soundproof. The balcony offered ocean and nature preserve views along with sunrise views. We highly recommend.

Den fine lejlighed var lige hvad vi havde forestillet os. Dejlige værelser, god plads, rolige og smukke omgivelser, venligt personale. Alt i skabe og på senge var rent og pænt og omgivelserne blev ligeledes vedligeholdt meget flot. Vi vil give stedet de bedste anbefalinger.

The accommodation totally exceeded our expectations. We upgraded to a beautiful sea view which was worth every euro. It was spacious, immaculately clean with super friendly staff. The photos didn’t do it justice, it was stunning ❤️ We shall be back in the winter again with our bodyboards and a sense of adventure! Thank you Pontalaia and thank you Sagres!
