Apartamento muy bien ubicado, muy segura la zona. Para ser una renta de un mes encontré que la cocina falta mucho por equipar.

Amazing apartment, wonderful experience in a great neighborhood. Pero…. They want to charge me $400 in ‘damages’. The damage was to 1 egg beater which costs about $2, a tiny stain on one of the sheets (they only provide 1 set of (shitty) white sheets. Apparently these 100 count sheets cost ~$100 or more hahaha. Also there was ‘damage’ to a spot in the house which is inaccessible to anyone (apparently I damaged this too (somehow hahah). So yea, expect a $500 bill after you checkout

The apartment, the area, the security and the people in Sabaneta was great and vestry welcoming. I would like to say thank you to Juan for he’s good communication with everything I needed.

Tldr; It’s ok, would NOT stay here again. Fantastic views. Comfortable bed. Love the balcony. Super internet. Shower water warm not hot. I’m a fan of the ultra-modern vibe, but it lacks simple (!) things you need: a hook for your bath towel (btw, the towels are horrendous); a hook for the kitchen towel; a bedside light; coat hangers; pots large enough to actually cook in; space to cook in; level cook top so your pots/pans don’t fall off; a dryer to go along with the washer; toilet paper holder in downstairs bathroom. One of the roller blinds doesn’t work well which is unfortunate since the view is the major selling point. LOCATION ON AIRBNB IS INCORRECT – this apt is near metro station La Estrella, last on train line. If you’re in town to see and do stuff, it’s not great. OK if you want a local vibe. Surprisingly, noisier than the place I stayed in El Poblado. If Juan says he’ll get back to you with an answer to a specific question, don’t hold your breath.

awesome place for a couple or single person. everything you would need in walking distance. quite safe neighborhood. great host!
