The cottage was built in February 2019 and is located on Furutangen, 8 km from Osensjøen and midway between Rena (about 40 km) and Trysil (about 45 km). About 210 kilometers from Oslo. The cabin is located on Furutangen, 580 meters above sea level with views of expansive hills and Osensjøen. The cabin has all amenities including a sauna. Summer activities: Biking, fishing, swimming in the Osen lake, berries and mushrooms, Frisbee golf, mini golf, soccer binge, playground. Short driving trips to the mountains and hiking. About 40 kilometers to Trysil. About 40 kilometers to Rena (Birkebeineren). Winter Winter Activities: Family-friendly ski slopes (approximate ski-in / ski-out from the cabin), miles of uphill skiing, ice skating, ice fishing. Walking distance to Mattisstua at the bottom of the alpine hill serving food and drink (closed during off-season periods). 1st floor: Bedroom 1: Family bunk, 150 cm down and 75 cm upstairs. Bedroom 2: Bunk bed, 90 cm down, 90 cm upstairs. Bedroom 3: Double bed, 160 cm. Bathroom with sauna. Living room with open solution to dining area and kitchen solution. Fireplace. Exit to the terrace from the kitchen side. The terraces face south and west. 2nd floor: Living room: Sofa bed, 140 cm. Exit to balcony. Little ones. (A small bedroom and loft are off for private belongings.) Otherwise available: 2 patio tables, 8 patio chairs (plus table and 2 chairs on 2nd floor balcony), baby chair, fireplace (and firewood), gas grill, 4 bikes (2 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes (fits about 5-7 years and about 7-10 years)), 4 frisbee disks, trampoline (at your own risk), Nintendo switch, many board games, TV up and down (w / Chromecast). Bed linen and towels must be brought. Toilet paper and soap for a few days are included in the rental price.
