Very pleasant location with lovely restaurants and somewhat walkable from most of downtown Toronto. Nice building with good security. Pretty view. Kitchen not suitable for cooking (no oven/ cutting board/ sharp knives and small counter space etc.). Could be better stocked with necessities (we had to buy bin bags, dishwasher tablets etc.) and there was a used bar of soap left in the bathroom. Cleaning was a bit surface level (dirty sofa “bed” with just a singular sheet that took 2 days to get.

A localização e a vista do apartamento foram ótimos! Próximo à várias opções de metrô, ótimos e variados restaurantes ao redor. Apartamento confortável e Condominio muito bonito. Além disso, Nima & Saba retornavam todas nossas dúvidas super rápido e foram bastante flexível com horário de check in e check out. Super recomendo!

Things I liked: the location, apartment gym, comfy bed, and coffee machine. There were a lot of things wrong with the place: dirty dishes in the drawers, fingerprints on the walls, missing basic kitchen accessories (dishcloths, dishtowel, can opener, cutting board, only 2 forks, etc.), broken AC, flat pillows, they changed the check-in process day of, checkout instructions weren't clear, etc. It's also a busy area & happened to have a lot of construction during my visit so it was hard to sleep past 7 am. There was an emergency plumbing issue and the hosts were unhelpful- it added so much extra stress.

The best aspect is the location of the place. I also appreciated the gym in the building.
