Loved it! Great instructions and everything was just as we expected. Seth is a good communicator and even responded promptly when there was a brief power outage due to the storm. Cozy and convenient for the location we needed. Really appreciated the kitchen, with all the items we needed. Would definitely book again!

This place is a great stay. It's right off the highway, but just far enough away that the busy California freeway. The kitchen was rather well equipped, and the gas range is always a blessing. The AC/Heating unit worked well to warm the majority of the unit very well. Seth also had some snacks availale for guests which was a fantastic boon with my little one joining us. My only gripe is just a personal problem more than anything. I have some arthritis in my back and am a side sleeper. The couch was by far my best sleeping option because the bed was a firm bed and was uncomfortable for my specific needs. So beware spinal arthritic side sleepers, but otherwise amazing!

This place was exactly what we needed! We were moving from the LA area and had to stay somewhere temporarily while we found a permanent home, and Seth's place was great for this. Just big enough we didn't feel cramped, and with excellent amenities. The place was immaculately clean, and very private and felt safe and secure. The only issue we had was parking as there are people who live on this street with a LOT of cars and one neighbor made it their mission to block the one parking spot right in front of the main house at this location. But that is a minor quibble. Highly recommended and we would happily stay here again and will recommend it to friends coming into the area. Thanks Seth!

Seth was a great host. He brought extra towels, supplies and snacks for our 2-week stay. He was very responsive if I had any questions. We felt right at home!!! Plenty of stores and restaurants in there area.

As a travel nurse looking for a private, comfortable, safe place, this place was definitely not it. I went by the reviews and in my perspective, this place was such a waste of my money. And definitely not five stars. 1. If you have a lot of things, expect to be taking some long walks from the front of the street to where the guest house is. Within a couple of hours of unloading my car, I had almost 10000 steps. 2. The airbnb guest in the front house kept taking my things. One item was luggage I ordered from Amazon, at my door and it was taken without my permission. Only when I messaged Seth was I told this guest took it for safe keeping. Who does that without telling you. Who takes someone else’s Uber eats? 4. The place is uninviting. No warmth. 3. The dishes were dirty and disgusting. If Airbnb wants pictures, I took a few. The coffee pot was the most disgusting so I took a pic of that. It had def not been cleaned or sanitized. The utensils felt slimy. There is no dishwasher.
