Stayed 4 nights approx. 240€/night PRO‘s: - Location. A lot of main attractions could be reached by walk - Parking spot in the garage - Communication, clear instructions and quick reply CON‘s: - Place was not clean. A lot of dust on the floor, curtains had stains and were dirty, hairs and dead flies on the wall. Cleaning team probably just changed the bed sheets. - Bed was hard and uncomfortable - Every time warm water is used, there is a loud noise coming from a device in the kitchen which is probably the main water heater - One of the windows in the living room has a big crack, which is quite unsafe, especially with small children running around - Although the location is good for tourists. There are a lot of people at night in the park right in front of the apartment and smoking/selling drugs. Definitely not nice for families! In summary, looked much better on photos and definitively not worth the price.
Our stay at this apartment was pleasant and hassle-free. Situated in a newer building with an elevator and parking space, which is particularly convenient if you have a car during your stay in Lisbon. The location is good, very close to various attractions that you can easily visit on foot, although it's not my favorite spot in the city. However, the stunning view of the square and the fortress compensates for it. The apartment itself is comfortable, albeit a bit outdated, but it matches the description provided. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to detailed instructions and visual aids provided by the host, which made it easy to find the location, garage, and access codes required for entry. Communication with the host was excellent, and they provided us with all the necessary information promptly. Comfortable and well-located accommodation option in Lisbon.

Good location , even though the apartment has free parking , area itself does not need a car. It’s a hassle driving around. Garage site is hard to get in and out , there are codes ,sort of maze too. Neighborhood is ok, some weird individuals but never felt unsafe . Good value for the money , I recommend . Just drop the car 😉

I'm Portuguese, married with two children. I speak English, French, some Spanish and of course Portuguese. We travel every year and like to stay at other Airbnb places! :) We love to meet people from all around the world and tell them about our beautiful city of Lisbon. When my wife and I decided to buy and prepare an apartment for guests for the first time, we furnished and decorated it as if it was our own home, trying to make a cozy, comfortable and practical place to stay. We came to enjoy this activity so much that we soon prepared another apartment... and then another... Eventually this grew of into a small business named 7 Hills Apartments! Now we have Francisca, Catarina, Carla and António helping us. They too love welcoming guests from all over the world!
