We were really impressed with the property, its acreage, beautiful location and friendliness of Penny and her family. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and well equipped and was a pleasure to stay in. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Penny.

My husband and I were welcomed warmly by Penny! She showed us around, made us feel at home, and welcome. The hammock under the trees and the front porch was the best space to relax and read. We enjoyed our time here and want to come back soon! A short drive to everything!

I had a wonderful stay at Penny's place. The countryside outside of Franklin is beautiful, and the home is close by to several great cafes and nature preserves. The house was well appointed and the front porch was perfect for enjoying a warm spring evening. Highly recommended!

This place was fantastic. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The place is roomy, kitchen well stocked, and very clean, comfortable and peaceful. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the birds and watching the beautiful horses in the pasture. It is only a short drive to anything in Franklin and not far to Nashville and the the airport. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Penny is a fantastic host to boot!

Prior to arrival, Penny messaged asking for my cell #, I repeatedly expressed that I wanted contact to be via the app. She still took it upon herself to get my number from my profile and text me several times super early. Though the listing says “self check in” she insisted on a 20 min tour of every cabinet and light switch. Had I know this was “required” I would have stayed elsewhere. While the listing does say her daughter’s home is on the property, it does not state it’s across the driveway and that they can see directly in the windows. Also, there are French doors on the back with no curtains, so if you are in the kitchen/dining area, everyone on the property can see in. I was so looking to forward to that beautiful front porch and couldn’t enjoy it because I was anxious she would come around to chat. There is a second Airbnb on the property directly across the lawn as well. If you are looking for no contact and a PRIVATE stay, go elsewhere, this is not the place for you.
