The house is spacious, and the kitchen is really well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you want to cook a meal. That was really great. It's in a good location, between Berry and the sea. For a group of friends, it's ideal. Downside - there was no BBQ - despite it being advertised as having one. This was quite disappointing. And the messaging was a little intense - you are trying to relax, but getting texts on arrival to obey the rules, and texts on morning of departure to refer to the rules re cleaning etc. They were flexible with an extended checkout which we appreciated.

This was a beautifully located property and very sanguine. Some issues though that made us give an average rating were due to our experience. Some sheets and towels were visibly unclean, making it difficult expect others to be. The gas bottles were empty and it took over 9 calls between the 1st and 2nd day to get the issue resolved, so there's was no heating on our 1st night. (in July so very cold). The gas was replaced The next morning though. The water run out for about an hour in day 1 too. Not impressed with the communication with the agent. other than that, it's a beautiful location. If I was assured that the above issues would not repeat themselves, I'd consider coming back and/or recommending the place

Stunning setting on a beautiful property, right near the beach, 8min down from Berry. Perfect for a group holiday!
