+ Nagyon kedves segítőkész és aranyos volt a házigazda. A ház elhelyezkedése kiváló volt, gyönyörű környezettel, jó parkolási lehetőségekkel. - Nem volt feltüntetve, hogy az egész ház fűtését és a melegvizet is elektromos árammal látják el. Minden szobában volt elektromos radiátor amik régi elavultak voltak (nem is működött mindegyik) amik egy modern típusnál sokkal többet fogyasztanak. Volt a házba padlófűtés is szintén elektromos. Így elég sokat kellett kifizetnünk a vakáció végén, amire nem számítottunk Ami még számunkra sok volt az a takarítás ami 300 euro. Régóta járunk már a völgyben és más ilyen házat max 100 euroért takarítanak vagy ingyen. Vagy bele kalkulálják az árba. Nem volt wifi, a mai világban ez nem megengedett! Azt nem értem ha van valakinek egy ilyen szép háza, ráadásul ennyiért ki tudja adni akkor miért nem áldoz arra, hogy lakhatóbb, modernabb legyen és komfortosabb. Ezek problémák tudatában, nem ajánlom!!

Wir waren eine Jugengruppe mit 13 Personen. Dafür ist fas Haus super geeignet. Lage ruhig, direkt neben Bach und Bauernhof. Die Gastgeber des Hauses sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Kritisieren würde ich die Gastgeberin die auf Airbnb angegeben ist (wahrscheinlich eine Firma). Die Kommunikation funktionier schlecht. Was aus meiner Sicht auch sehr unnötig war, das Putzkosten seperat verrechnet werden. Warum sind die nicht einfach im Preis inbegriffen? Aus meiner Sicht eine fiese Masche. Zudem gibt es in der Küche leider kein Krug, was nicht sonderlich praktisch ist. Gastgeber & Haus super! Die Firma dahinter leider nicht.

10 of us (6 adults, 4 children) stayed here while skiing at Kaltenbach. It worked absolutely brilliantly. The accommodation was clean and airy and the bedrooms were spacious. The family that let us in and looked after us were so helpful, flexible, kind and friendly. There was a fresh milk machine next door for a fantastic price and eggs and honey for sale. The views were beautiful and the area was really quiet. Each morning we walked about 10-15 mins to the train station and took a short train ride to Kaltenbach. We were very grateful that we had lockers there for our ski stuff; this made the journey in the morning and evenings very pleasant. There is a supermarket by the station both at Kaltenbach and Urdens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend it to others.
