Wow!! What can I say? When I moved down to VA from New Jersey, I didn’t know anyone and needed a place to stay. I came across Colin’s place and it was the best decision I possibly could have made. I checked in to Colin’s over a year and a half ago and I’m finally saying goodbye. This townhouse is special and it’s become home away from home. The space is clean, large, comfortable, private and it became my sanctuary. The bed is super comfortable, the shower has great water pressure and the the private outdoor patio was the icing on the cake. I became super close with all of the other tenants and we would frequently cook each other dinner, go to events, play cards, watch tv and we even went to celebrate each other’s birthdays at different restaurants. It truly is like one big family. Colin is one of the nicest and genuine people I’ve ever met. He truly puts his guests first and his communication is second to none. Any problems (and there weren’t any) but he’d respond immediately and take care of it. As far as location, you can’t find a better one. The neighborhood is surrounded by restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, etc. Everything is within only a couple minutes. Overall, I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon Colin’s townhome a year and a half ago. I’m so thankful I was able to call this place home and if anyone out there is looking for a world class experience, look no further, you found the perfect place. You will immediately feel at home and that’s all you can really ask for! Thanks Colin for allowing me to stay at your beautiful home. I am very thankful!

My current long term stay at Colin’s has been fantastic. The entire townhouse is beautiful and in an excellent location. Communicating with Colin is easy and stress free. He is always on top of his game and extremely easy to work with; he always has our best interest in mind. I am looking forward to my continuous stay and encourage everyone to book any of Colin’s rooms/homes, you won’t be disappointed!
