Very professional and responsive host, we had a lovely stay with Stay-Unique there are a number of restrictions due to the flat being in a residential building and you can tell Stay-Unique is very mindful and respectful of that- suited our needs perfectly though!

A good area to use as base and walk to centre of Barcelona, either loads of restaurants and bars in easy access. Good communication with host team, easy and accurate check in with a friendly host. The apartment was clean, with basic amenities. Beds were good, pillows hard. Bathrooms suits old, and the apartment overall in need of maintenance and upgrading (bathroom doors, handles, wall painting) as it is rather dated. We had a good time.

The host is very welcoming. It’s a comfortable clean quiet place although the bedrooms can get cold. You can walk to most places and taking a ride is about 20min from so many activities in the area.

Overall the apartment is good value. As a place to sleep its great, but you wouldnt want to spend the daytime inside the apartment. pros: - quiet! for a city this must have been the quietest place I have ever stayed. This can't be overstated. - super convenient for Poble Sec metro station - beds comfy - clean and tidy cons: - the south side of road Av del Paralel lel is the beginning of the less affluent area, and there were a couple of drug users at the top of the street that the apartment is on. They didnt bother us but its not a professional business kind of area - basic furniture - no view
