Honestly is the best possibility! We booked this Airbnb purely because on its outside space. On our arrival the host welcomed us with news the outside space was having buildng works. Unfortunately for us, the paying guests, this meant the availability of the outside space was very limited PLUS it was in an horrendous mess! A large portion was very very dirty with building work debris (sharp nails and splintered wood). If we were pre warned the outside area would not be as advertised we would have found an alternative place. It such a shame Andre was not honest with the situation. The inside soace is pleasant albeit a little chilly, we didn't find the heating very effective. It offers everything one would need for a short stay. The kitchen diner area works well for a gathering. The bedrooms are at street level so can be a little noisy if the windows are open. Only one toilet serves the whole rental. The outside space is a shaded, presumably north facing garden. No real direct sun.

Really cannot recommend Andre’s place enough. It is very comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. So much space, the outdoor area is beautiful, and the garage space a few minutes away is a welcome bonus The house was so well set up we could easily have stayed here for a month. Andre and Christiane were delightful and very helpful upon check in. We will certainly stay here next time we are in Bordeaux and would recommend it to anyone.

Christiane und André empfingen uns ausgesprochen freundlich zum Check-in in ihrer fantastischen Wohnung, so dass wir uns sofort wie zuhause fühlten. Sie nahmen sich viel Zeit, erklärten uns ausführlich alle wichtigen Details und gaben uns viele Tipps und Anregungen für Unternehmungen in Bordeaux. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung nur empfehlen. Lage und Einrichtung sind in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend, die Sauberkeit vorbildlich. Die Küche ist mehr als üppig ausgestattet, und der große Garten mit den bequemen Liegen ist eine sehr schöne Ergänzung zu der ohnehin schon großzügig angelegten Wohnung. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Bordeaux reisen, würden wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder Christianes und Andrés Wohnung buchen.

Tolle Wohnung mit schönem Außenbereich. Christiane und André haben uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen, alles erklärt und haben flexibel reagiert, als wir doch noch das zweite Bett gebraucht haben. Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Chartrons, einer ruhigen Gegend mit schönen Restaurants und Geschäften, und dennoch nicht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt. Da die Schlafzimmer zur Straße und ebenerdig liegen, ist es nicht ganz so ruhig, aber wir konnten uns gut mit Ohrstöpseln behelfen.
