房子干净整洁漂亮，小区高档，环境非常好，一院子都是泳池，出门就是海边，房东小姐姐很亲切细心，爱你呦~

首先房间很新，打扫的很干净，房间设施很齐全。房东姐姐人很好，专门找人在门口迎接我们，小区设施也很齐全

It’s a nice building and the unit is exactly like the pictures. Owner was responsive. I would suggest some more plates, only had 2. More utensils and more cutlery, only had 1 small towel to dry the dishes so I went and bought more and some cloths to wash dishes . The stove top doesn’t work but there was a 1 burner hot plate which isn’t enough. Onto the bed…it is hard as sleeping on the floor. I had to buy a mattress topper which cost me $80. The quilt was not cleaned and I had to take it to a laundry. The security and staff in the main office are great. There is parking on site but the owner owed the office money so I had to park my scooter outside by security. The pool area is nice but needs a hand rail to get in & out. Very slippery…this is common for pools in S.E.A. There is a workout room with nice equipment. I was happy with the value of this unit.

Overall the place was OK. I really wish the burners for the stove worked but they have a single electric burner in its place. The cleanliness was relaxed ie: hair over the apartment, sliding balcony door not cleaned at the top, cookware in drawer not cleaned. The host was fast to respond and the washing machine worked great, there was no drying rack however. The tv worked, very fast internet 0 downtime. There were two AC units but one worked fine for the entire apartment. There was no excessive noise during my stay. The public amenities in the complex were very well maintained. The sauna was hot, the pool was grand and the gym served its purpose. There are restaurants one block away along with fresh fruit stands. The beachfront is around a 17 minute walk. Theres a park about 17 minute walk that's visible from the unit. Its not mentioned but its a partial Oceanview so that was a nice surprise.
