All of the spacious residentially-styled resort suites come with full modern kitchens, washer/dryers and some with balconies to see all of Austin right from your room. This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 647-774 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the private bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in living area, washer/dryer, one bathroom and a full kitchen. Maximum occupancy is 4. Private sleeping area sleeps 2.

Beware… this property is a bait and switch. We signed up and paid for this property MONTHS before our arrival and less than 48 hours before we arrived, our reservation was canceled. They said the property is a timeshare and the owners have the right to reclaim it at anytime. Extra holidays placed us in another Airbnb hotel with subpar location, accommodations and amenities. There was no refund of any kind. Definitely a bait and switch.
Great location with walkable restaurants, bars and much more
The place looked just like the photos & was nice, but mind you the hotel will charge $200 as a holding when you check in. Just something to know before booking.
This is a stellar location for food and live music. The pool is a plus during the hot seasons. Would book again !
