Cora and Johnny where our Host. They are amazing. Cora set up or transport form the Airport in Belize City to the Farry which took Us to San Pedro. Once at San Pedro She arranged Golf Carts to take Us to the house which was 3 to 4 miles South of town. MK Golf rentals are awesome to work with. We kept the Golf Carts for 5 days. We had a Group of 13 Adults on our trip. We went fishing and snorkeling and swam with the sharks and feed the Tarpons. One day we took off and went to the North end of the Island to Secret Beach which is a MUST SEE. We had a cook just for Breakfast and Supper. Felipa was amazing. She brought in fresh homemade meals twice a day. Restaurants are not close by plus, with a group this big it's easier to stay in and eat. When we did eat out the food was good. The roads are not the best, but that didn't stop us from going places. Cora arraigned our flight from San Pedro to Belize City. Then we were back to reality. I highly recommend staying at Villa Incommunicada.

Nice place. Best part was getting picked up at the end of the dock for diving and other excursions. The hosts were the best.

Spent several days for my dad’s 80th birthday with a group of 14 family members. The place was gorgeous, room to spread out, space to gather together! The place was clean and tidy with comfortable beds for everyone. Location was peaceful and the pool clear and refreshing. Can’t say enough about how wonderful, and memorable our stay was!

Lori’s place was amazing. It was exactly as pictured. Ms. Cora the house manager was an amazing host. She was very helpful with getting us whatever we needed for the home. She suggested some amazing restaurants and even assisted with setting up our excursions. She went above and beyond and we would definitely book with her again.
