Sea view, a (heated) pool surrounded by palm trees and a gym - this apartment has it all. With a fully equipped kitchen, a washing maschine, an designated homeoffice space and sofa bed, this apartment can be used for both short and long-term stays for 1 to 4 persons. It is just a 15 minutes walk from downtown Puerto de la Cruz, right next to Parque Taoro and 15 min walking from the surfing beach Playa de Martiánez. The apartment consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room (containing a high-adjustable desk) a walk-in closet and a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The sofa can be transformed into a 140x200cm bed. The spacious 17 sqm balcony is perfect for awesome sunsets with sea view and view of the Teide volcano!

Lovely location (walkable to the busy area, but nice and quiet and out of the way), super helpful host and nice apartment with balcony, with all you need to cook at home. Would recommend!
Beautiful apartment, we stayed for a month working remotely. You have everything you need to feel like at home.
vastasi täysin kuvia. Wifi toimi hyvin. Sijaitsee korkealla mäellä, mutta tämä ei ollut ongelma sillä kaikki tarpeellinen ikinä kuitenkin lähellä. Lämmin suositus kohteesta.
Es hat alles super geklappt, Lea ist sehr nett und die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand und absolut wie auf den Bildern. vom Balkon hat man Blick auf den Teide, zum Meer und auf den Pool. da sich gegenüber eine entkerntes altes Hotel befindet kann niemand reinschauen und man kann ganz privat die Sonne die ab mittags auf den Balkon scheint genießen und bekommt hier auch einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergang. Die Lage ist gut nicht direkt im super touristischen Teil unten in der Stadt aber auch nicht zu weit abseits. So ist es auch ohne Auto prima geeignet. Durch den Arbeitsplatz war es auch für unseren längeren Aufenthalt (1 Montag) zum arbeiten im Home-Office super. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😊

The Apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood above the city. The parc Taoro is super close and can be used for jogging or yoga. Beaches and the City are aroun 15 minutes walking away.
As described above, all the main sights in Puerto de la Cruz are less than 15 min away. A taxi insight Puerto de la Cruz only costs around 3,50€ , so keep that option in mind when you are too tired to walk up the hill.
Unfortunately we cannot provide a parking spot for you, usually you can find one in the area. There is also the possibility to park at "Aparcamiento Taoro Parque" or "Explanada del Muelle" for free as usually the car is not needed for getting around in Puerto de la Cruz.
