Luke has a phenomenal place and was an outstanding host... I was especially grateful that the place was so well set up for our young daughter, who had a crib, sheets, changing table, toys etc.... that made it so much easier to make and enjoy this trip. Also, the communication and descriptions leading up to the visit couldn't have been better. Easiest 5 star review I've ever given!

My wife and I and our son stayed here for a month and loved it. Place was very clean, location was great (less than 10 min walk to the beach and downtown Greenport), and a nice shaded backyard and front porch to sit and relax. Luke was a great host and very responsive and helpful with any questions.

This was a superb stay!! I couldnt recommend more. The place was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The location couldnt be beat. We were there for a month and were terribly sad to leave. Would definitely stay again!!

I'm reluctant to write a good review simply because I want this place all to myself! The apartment is beautifully renovated with three comfortable bedrooms and three full baths (a very nice thing to have when your teenage daughters are with you!) The property is on a quiet side street and is a short walk to the center of town, the train station, the Shelter Island ferry and a local beach at the end of the road. Luke provided us with great, local advice on food, wine and activities in the area. He was very gracious and quick to respond to questions. This is a great place to stay when I'm not there! Enjoy!

This was our first time ever renting a place through Airbnb, and now we are spoiled because the bar was set very high with this fantastic home. The hosts truly created a thoughtfully designed place that was very functional, comfortable, and beautiful. It was a perfect combination of cool and modern along with classic and just the right dose of nautical and seaside touches. It’s a cliche, but it really did feel like a home away from home or that you were staying at a friend’s place. The location was great—in a quiet, pretty neighborhood walking distance to town (restaurants, shops, sights) as well as a small beach and playground a few blocks away. And it is well-situated as a base from which to explore other North Fork towns and Shelter Island. Parking was plentiful and right outside the front door. You could see your car from the home’s windows. The home was well-appointed with kitchen essentials, dishwasher, linens, washer-dryer, beach towels/umbrella/chairs, and many other amenities. All the rooms had a bright, airy quality about them, and the main kitchen/dining/living area was very spacious and inviting, with very good light. And all three bathrooms were brand-new and very attractively designed. The entire place was spotless. This was the perfect perch for us, and we’re very thankful to have found this listing. The hosts were very responsive, warm, and welcoming. We would love to return for a future stay so I’m almost wondering whether I should even post this review as I’m afraid it’ll be booked solid now that the secret’s out on this Greenport gem!
