Great location near Fredericksburg attractions but with added benefit of peaceful and pastoral surroundings. Goats and llamas were an added attraction. Very comfortable and well appointed farm house.

The farm stay was a super fun experience! My crew and I went for the eclipse viewing and it was absolutely perfect for that! The animals are so sweet and cute. Be sure to bring them snacks! The air bnb was very cozy and on a beautiful property. If you love animals and nature this is the place for you! The modular couch was really nice for watching movies with a group. a few things could have been improved on. A magnetic/mesh bug screen for the door out back would have been great. When we arrived the screen door was open and it was late so a lot of bugs came in with us! Pack cooking oil, as it was not provided. The water pressure was pretty bad in the shower in the morning when the other guest on property were likely showering. Ladies, plan ahead and shower in the evening and pack dry shampoo. Or wash your hair ahead of time! Also, the ladder for the upstairs loft exits/enters into the master bed area. So, is a bit intrusive if you prefer privacy. It didn’t bother us, but should b noted
