This suite offers a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guestroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer, and a lanai. Contact host for accessible dimensions. This spacious Ohana suite measures approximately 1,400 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, one queen in second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities includes a full kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer, private and covered lanai's and beautiful ocean, mountain or golf course views. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four. Bedding and room views are not guaranteed and are based on availability.

Nice view of golf coursitse. some units look like they might have an ocean view, although it's about 6 miles away.
Loved it! The wild turkeys are so fun! Will definitely be staying here again!!
We arrived and followed the instructions our host sent us. Check-in at front desk. We did that and the front desk said there was no reservation and that it was up to us to call Our host or AirBnb to figure out why no booking. After messaging the host and receiving no immediate response, we called them and it took a while for them to figure out there mistake. Long story short, Paniloa Greens had no clean rooms and it took 4 hours from original check-in time to get a key to our rental. This really messed up our evening. Even with a partial refund, it doesn’t matter. We wasted our only night in Waikoloa dealing with the mess our host created, while we could have made the original dinner reservations and night we had planned. I would not trust this host as a regular person who used AirBnB. It’s very rare a host rents you a place that isn’t Available and then has to scramble last minute to find a backup. Not the norm on AirBnB….who we appreciate for helping us deal with these hosts.
Can’t go wrong at Paniolo Greens very relaxed atmosphere we have stayed here before and would again nice village only issue is proximity to things to do in between Kona and Hilo great amenities
