Resort fees were hefty and supposed to cover things like a bottle of wine daily and shuttle buses but the wine was not given beyond day one and the shuttle bus stopped earlier than it was supposed to, meaning we couldn’t use it. The bathroom door did not have a handle, and a diy fix was made which prevented the door from closing properly. Not the best for privacy. Motel fees were paid but housekeeping was not included. When you check in, they try to hard sell a membership to the resort club, which is something I have been convinced on previously and it is a nightmare to get them to ever leave you alone in the future. Constantly calling with ‘deals’ no matter how many times you ask them to stop. A huge deposit is taken when you check in, which exceeded the daily rate charged. And to receive it back, you have to wait a long time for it back Checkout was easy, staff were lovely and the room was presented nicely. But seemed dated despite being ‘recently renovated’ I wouldn’t stay again

This is a great resort, lots to see and do. Very clean, love Napa!!!

when we arrived at the condo, there was a methane smell from a laundry drain that was not capped off. Once we notified the manager about this, it was rectified. There was not enough hot water in the facility. We had 3 out of 4 days without enough hot water. There was only enough for one shower, but the second shower was cold. We notified management of this, but it was not rectified as it affected the entire building. We asked other people, and they did not have hot water either (and they were owners). The management was kind and gave us a credit to use at the resort.
