Leandro is a Super host. He was always contactable & very responsive given time zones. From 1st contact to checkout we could not have wished for a better host. The apartment was spotless. Linens were fresh & the wardrobes had a beautiful fragrance. The kitchen had all one would require, but we don't go away on holidays to cook as there were plenty of restaurants around the apartment area. Plus a short walk to a small supermarket which we found handy for incidentals like coffee & milk etc Air conditioned comfort in lounge and the 2 bedrooms. 1 bath 2 showers & 2 toilets make this a very comfortable stay especially if more than 2 guests. There are around 6 steps in the foyer area before the lift, which typical in Europe is very small so a couple of trips may be needed but a small penance pay for a lovely relaxing stay. Would not hesitate to recommend Leandros place & would be our 1st choice if we ever return to Trieste.

Leandro's appartment is the ideal place to discover the wonderfull city of Triest. It is spacious, comfortable, very well decorated, and has a good equiped kitchen and an interesting selection of books. You are really near the heart of the city, everything can be reached on foot, and the beaches of Barcola, and Miramare and Duino can be easily be reached taking the bus just around the corner. Communication with Leandro and the check-in were very easy, and the persons that received us, Sandro and his son, were very kind and helpfull. A big thank you! We surely recommend this place.

We spent a very pleasant month at Leandro's immaculately clean apartmemt. The AC worked well & was necessary in July heatwave. The terrace was a bonus with lovely views of trees & the buildings across the street. Apt is well equipped with everything needed and well located just above a lively pedestrian street,a pleasant 15 minute stroll down to grand canal. As others said, Bar H, located outside is a great spot for aperitivo, but it can be noisy at night with young people having a good time-with our white noise sound on, we weren't bothered too much. The bed was firm & comfortable. Decor is more homey than sterile, but might be time to upgrade some furniture. Living area is the bright & spacious. Washer & dryer worked well. Only 2 of 3 bathrooms have toilets, & the bathrooms are quite narrow.  Wifi was good & consistent.  We had a car & free street parking nearby was handy, if challenging on occasion. Paid parking is 10 minutes away. Host was lovely and we would stay here again.

Lovely flat in a great area, very central and located in a well maintained block with a lift - important, as the flat is on the fourth floor. Leandro and Marco both responded very quickly when we contacted them

Leandro is a responsive host, quick to answer questions. His place is a really lovely apartment in a lively, but not too noisy, area about 20 minutes from the centre of Trieste. Access was easy, the balcony a lovely place to sit and the whole place was very welcoming. Trieste is a busy place with lots of things to do.
