Great place to stay! We were there for a wedding weekend. The location can’t be beat – you can easily walk to restaurants, attractions and the harbor. Tom was super responsive. We had a small issue and it was corrected within an hour. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. We would stay again if we’re in Newport.

this was an okay place for our family. Great location with the basics, but as a seasoned Airbnb traveler, it annoys me when folks do not spend a little of their profits to make it more accommodating. for example, this place had zero extra sheets or blankets. there was no ice trays in the freezer. the 3 bedroom place had one small little fan and 1 towel in the kitchen with no dryer tower to wash dishes. in the end, the owner should just drop $150 and outfit it a bit more. It likely did not help the guys next door were moving out and the walls were paper thin.

It was ideally located. It was small but cozy and Tom communicated very well. Overall, we had a very good trip.

We had a nice stay at Tom’s place. The home was well located and we felt safe in the area. We liked that each bedroom had their own bathroom (1 bath down a level on the main floor which wasn’t an issue for us). Well stocked kitchen and nice centralized table for gathering. We’d stay here again!
