My daughter and I stayed here for a few days over New Year’s Eve. We were able to walk or Uber everywhere. There are lovely restaurants and shops within walking distance. Great view of the river. The apartment is loft like, large and very comfortable. Great place to just hang out or use as a base for sightseeing. Felt like a home away from home but cooler. Highly recommend.

Gregoire, Lilliane & Pierre are wonderful welcoming hosts, and it was always a pleasure to speak with them. They helped make our stay truly incredible. Our suite was exactly as pictured. It is huge and wonderful with a jaw dropping view of the St. Lawrence. Ensuite laundry was so easy and fast and it is so nice being able to do laundry and not have to pack as much. The kitchen has EVERYTHING we could want. This apartment feels opulent and we felt really spoiled. It is beautifully decorated and has a ton of great closet solutions for a quick unpack. The elevator made for easy unloading and transfer to the 4th floor. Onsite parking is also a HUGE bonus. The Royal Dalhousie is the perfect place to begin any adventure. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the steps of Le Petit Champlain and the funicular which takes you to the top of the hill and then you can shop downhill. Its steps from the boat excursion and ferry to Lévi where you can go on the ferris wheel and have a gelato. Lets not forget the splash pad for kids practically on your doorstep. Our kids loved it at night when it lit up. Gregoire said to us that we would find our favourite place in the city and ours was the rooftop deck. You can see the Laurentians in the background in the east and bridges and a magnificent view of Château Frontenac and the government buildings on the hill. I really wish I could give more than 5 stars.
