A beautiful cottage with great views and fantastic location. It's proximity to the Greenway couldn't be better - walk seconds across the road from the property and you are at the Kilmacthomas Greenway entrance. A short walking distance to a great playground, shops, pubs and restaurants. Dungarvan, Tramore and Waterford city are nearby. The property was homely and had all mod-cons. Ideal for a family stay. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We really enjoyed the stay, the house is very spacious and has everything you need. Very family friendly, had plenty of hooks for coats/bags etc which always helps. Be every comfortable and kitchen has everything. The location is excellent walking distance to shops/pubs. Opposite the Greenway.. we cycled to Dungarvan (22km) and got the bus back. The coach house a couple of mins up the Greenway is great for coffee/breakfast. Highly recommend.

It was a wonderful stay at James's place! The convenience of having a scenic greenway right at your doorstep, coupled with the nearby bike hire, certainly adds to the charm of a family getaway. It's always a bonus when the host is accommodating, and flexibility with check-out times can really ease the stress of travel. The cleanliness of the accommodation and the proximity to local shops and amenities are just the icing on the cake, ensuring that everything you need is within reach for a comfortable and memorable stay.
