Great location with good communication. Sorted out the issues with the place in a timely manner. Definitely stay again next time when I travel to Seoul.

Let me begin this review as an American person traveling overseas to Korea this is not a good place to stay long term! Positive: Ok location Negatives: Construction noise, flimsy materials bed frame, walls (noise) you can hear everything, Kitchen is not useful at all, Small Refrigerator (not cold), no parking, some repairs needed (light) in 2nd bedroom, some leak pipe in the 1st bedroom, Internet is SLOW, You have to unplug & plug, no bags to drop off early in "secure" location, no hot shower. Overall- I would NOT recommend any American who wants to stay here longer than 3days. Short term stay maybe ok. Check-in process felt last minute giving the code exactly 4pm -Automated. Bleach smell. Several issues I had with this place & I sent emails asking about it. They did respond to most of the problems - very little hangers, no paper towels, no kitchen sponge to clean dishes, broken light in (2nd bedroom), internet slow, shower is not very hot. I would give it 1/2 star.

We loved our stay! Everything was clean, it was in a fantastic location, and the host was very communicative and helpful. We will definitely have to come back!
