We had a great wknd away at this lovely find, as a family we loved the outside area, was so easy to drive to all the places we needed to visit. The barn has everything we could have wished for and more. As a celebratory wknd for my mum she loved it and we made the most of the house and everything it had to offer

Had a great time. No problems, the hot tub isn't quite a hot tub but we had a lot of fun. The town is not too far away but will always need to drive. The town was quiet in the week but everything to do with the accommodation itself was fantastic.

Beautiful spot and great place to spend a lazy weekend catching up with friends. Definitely get some more logs though and plan a few hours ahead of you want to use the hot tub as takes time as it obviously not electric. Will be back again

I am really confused by the outstanding reviews on this place. The hot tub is just an outside bath tub (no jets) and they don't provide enough logs to heat it up. The floor is a death trap throughout the place, so slippery! My disabled mum struggled to move around. The kingsize bed is not a kingsize at all, its two single mattresses put together in the smallest room of the house. The shower cubicals are tiny, you cant really move in them. One of the ensuites is basically in the bedroom, there's no roof on it so the bedroom gets quite moist. Given that we booked for 6 adults at no point did they say that the beds in the twin room would not be ideal. The matresses were basically like jelly, no support at all. Our matress (double room) was rigid and you could feel the springs as you moved. Our duvet cover only had one button left on it (lol) and the pillows are as flat as anything. It was a good location for the wedding we were attending but its anything but "luxury" in my opinion.

Lovely place with very homly / cosy feel. Well equiped kitchen and comfortable beds. Ideal location with close accessibility to Dartmoor and seasides. Would highly recommend and will come again for Summer days and fully utilise the outdoor seatings.
