The owners communicate quickly and proactively. The lack of English is more than compensated by the friendliness. Not specified, but reasonably good wifi is available. The immediate area doesn't have much to offer, although you can certainly do well in the nearby town with tips from Antonio. Both Seville, Cordoba and Malaga are a 1 to 1.5 hour drive away. Antonio and Maite, many thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful, fine, large house!

Die Unterkunft La Teja ist einfach toll, perfekt für einen Urlaub mit einer größeren Gruppe. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool und der Terrasse ist super zum entspannen, alles ist sehr durchdacht mit Vorhängen gegen die Sonne und den Wind. Vermutlich auf Grund der ländlichen Lage gibt es sehr sehr viele Fliegen, das einige wirkliche Übel mit denen man sich wohl leider abfinden muss. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, geben Tipps für Ausflüge und Essensmöglichkeiten in Marchena. Das Highlight war eine selbstgemacht Paella aus Marchena. Wir waren mit 9 Frauen da und kommen gerne wieder.

Casa La Teja is beautiful! A stunning house with lots of space, all you could need for a week away. The local town, Marchena, was also beautiful, has a big supermarket, pharmacy & more. Seville was an easy drive and only 40 minutes away. The location is very rural, we had 2 cars and used them every day. The lady we spoke with on text was very friendly, she didn't speak much English but translate on our phone helped us work everything out! She recommended a fantastic food outlet for Paella, it was delicious & a good price! She also told us about a fair in Marchena which we attended & it was brilliant for the whole family. The man who come to the house & helped us with the pool was also very friendly, we had a problem with the door in the living room but he fixed it straight away. He came most days to check the pool. The ONLY 2 points we would say about this house, the local dogs do bark a lot at night & the pool is amazing but be alert with young children because it is deep.

Talo oli täydellisen puhdas ja kaikki kuvat paikkansapitäviä. Uima-allas oli jopa isompi kuin mitä odotimme. Keittiöstä lötyi suuri jääkaappi ja pakastin sekä kaikki muu tarvittava. Pihalla on todella hyvä grilli. Tilaa oli tarpeeksi ja kaikki toimi hyvin. Maiten yhteydenpito oli ensiluokkaista. Marchenan palvelut ovat lähellä ja kohteeseen tarvitsee ehdottomasti auton.

We stayed with 3 couples and 4 small children at this place. The house matched our expectations and we had a wonderful time. When we arrived late at night, there were already some groceries present. The owner arranged childrens beds and high chaires for us. And also were available at any time to get extra coffee for us 😄 Every one of our friends were equally excited about this place. Can totally recommend!
