The room was as described and there was a good quality breakfast tray to help yourself to in the morning. The twin room is at the front of the building so there is road noise but that didn’t bother us. The decor is a bit worn in places but it was all clean. We did have a few issues with other residents being very noisy but we were just unlucky. The main door was left open a couple of times which wasn’t ideal but again we were unlucky with our fellow guests. I would probably choose not to return as I think I would prefer somewhere that had a reception team to deal with antisocial issues but that is personal choice. The bistro below is lovely and the food excellent, it was buzzing on a Tuesday night and the service was great.

A great place, easy to find. It was a VERY hot week in England, and as with most UK properties no aircon; this meant the room was very hot - the sash window has been painted over so the top half can't be opened, which means the usual way of using sash windows (open bottom and top to create airflow) to allow a breeze was eliminated. The hosts had put a fan in which helped, but can I suggest fixing the sash window? Apart from that, excellent.

Super convenient for our hockey tournament the next day. Really pleased there was a electric charge point at nearby carpark. Great touch to add porridge and orange for our early exit in the morning - much appreciated x

Easy check in, all clean, but it is really quite loud in that room - thin windows that don’t close fully onto the road Clean Breakfast is instant porridge and bottles of orange juice, kette to make tea and instant coffee

Lovely clean and bright twin room, some noise from the street at night but it was a Saturday. Otherwise a nice location and I enjoyed the stay.
