Wow! What a great stay. Robert was a wonderful host and the accommodations were amazing. Hubby and I would love to visit again in warmer weather to fully enjoy the beautiful views.

Robert and Ruby were amazing hosts! From the time of booking they were proactive in communicating. Check-in was flawless, the apartment was impeccably maintained, and it was in the perfect location. If you are looking for a place to stay to visit the Grand River Valley wineries, this is the perfect place. It was private and serine, sitting on the top of a hill looking down on the Grand River. The view was amazing. The apartment was very clean and well taken care of. Robert and Ruby thought of every need and stocked the apartment with snacks, wine, milk, and water. They communicated daily during our stay, offering up local recommendations and making sure that we had a great stay. They also offered us a later checkout due to our later check in. I can not recommend Grandview and Robert and Ruby enough! They allowed my wife and I to have an amazing and relaxing weekend in Ohio’s wine country. Thank you Robert and Ruby!

Robert's guest suite is absolutely lovely - my daughter and I were there to attend a tournament at Spire, it is minutes away by car but worlds away in atmosphere. The apartment is absolutely lovely, spacious, with incredible views of a river and wooded surroundings. They have thought of everything you might need, it is completely spotless and perfectly maintained. The bed was so comfortable, we had a fun movie night in the living room and slept soundly in the peaceful bedroom. It was a wonderful place to relax and unwind after sports competition! Robert and his wife were helpful with dinner recommendations and left us lovely snacks and beverages. We'd love to come again. Thanks for having us.

This stay exceeded our expectations and we plan on coming back! The views are incredible and the suite is perfect for a getaway. Robert is a fantastic host. He was quick to respond to questions regarding the property or recommendations for activities in the area.
