这是我第一次住民宿，非常幸运找到了Vincent的房子。屋主非常干净整洁，和照片上的完全一样，简直比我自己家里还干净。一切生活需要的东西屋子里都有，步行几百米就是一个商业中心，有超市、有吃的，出入很方便。房东夫妻人非常好、非常热心，我这次在多伦多碰到揪心的事，多亏他们的帮助、还介绍了各类专业人士帮我；来之前得知我有事要办，还给我设了个“幸运密码”，简直不要太nice啊！ 屋子太棒了，所以太吃香，我年末要定10天，结果已经有人抢了，害得我只抢到了5天。 It’s my first time to live in somebody’s home instead of hotel. I’m so lucky to find Vincent’s house. It’s such clean and tidy beyond my expectations. All you need are be there ready for you. It’s location is also good, walking hundreds meter can reach shopping center, you can go supermarket and eating there. Especially this time I meet some problem in Toronto, they are such warm-hearted and introducing some professional persons to help me. So nice couple and full of love!

非常非常干净宽敞！有很大的客厅与厨房区域，有齐全的厨具和餐具。早上准备简单的早餐也很方便。 空间非常的大，两个房间都非常干净宽敞，床上用品很齐全，被子（很软很舒服）枕头（贼多枕头）都非常的干净舒适，非常适合家庭。每个房间各有一个桌椅和indoor closet（很大） 洗衣间空间非常大，有一个洗衣机一个烘干机，也有配套的洗衣粉洗衣液，还有晾衣架。浴室非常干净，洗浴用品很齐全，浴巾毛巾也非常用心的准备了很多。十分不错的一次入住体验！

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vincent's Airbnb property, and it was truly a remarkable experience from start to finish. From the moment I booked, Vincent went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Communication: Vincent is an outstanding communicator. They were prompt in responding to my inquiries, providing detailed information about the property, and offering valuable local tips. I felt well-informed and supported throughout the entire process. I was greeted warmly, and Vincent took the time to personally show me around the property, highlighting its features and amenities. It's evident that they genuinely care about their guests' experience. Cleanliness and Comfort: The property itself was immaculate, reflecting Vincent's commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail. The accommodations were not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable, providing a true home away from home.

Vincent’s place is extremely clean and the perfect stay for 2-3 people if one of you don’t mind sleeping on the sofa. Excellent lighting, interior, heating, WiFi and utilities. We mostly used this stay to visit family in the area, so we didn’t spend so much time in the apartment. But it was a perfect location in Toronto to drop off our things, refresh and get a good nights sleep. Vincent was always moments away to respond so we felt like we had constant and immediate help for anything. I would happily stay there again if I ever visit Toronto. Highly recommended to all, and probably one of the best Air BnB in my opinion.

This was a perfect location for my wife and me, because she was doing a week's teaching at Tyndale University College which is just a few minutes' walk away. It's an even shorter walk to the Cummer 42 bus to the subway; and just across from the bus stop is a shopping centre that includes a supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is on a very quiet street in a nice area of town. The apartment was fantastic. It's a self-contained apartment in the basement of a two-storey house, and if the phrase "basement apartment" conjures up an unattractive image, let me reassure you! It's beautifully renovated. In fact we came home with great ideas for upgrading our own basement. The space has been designed extremely well with attention to convenience, and the quality of materials and construction is very high. The lighting is bright and the walls are painted near-white, so the ambience is quite cheerful. Also since it's about eight steps below grade, there's daylight from the high windows. The apartment has its own entrance in the back. (We were there in winter and can verify that the walkway to the back is kept carefully clear of snow and ice.) Vincent's response time to our communications was VERY quick. We had no problems, but at one point we needed a little instruction on the use of the TV remote, and he wrote back immediately to say he'd come in five minutes to show us what we needed to know, which he did. So we have nothing but good things to say about Vincent's apartment, and I expect that we may be using it again.
