Wonderful hosts, warm hospitality, comfortable beds, quiet house, excellent pub and restaurant nearby. And the ruins down the street are really quite something.

Theresa is lovely. The closest we have come to the traditional Irish B&B. Beautiful home in absolutely charming location with surprisingly good choices for meals.

Our family vacation in Ireland started on a great note with a stay at the Rine House in Quin. Theresa was a perfect host, with frequent communication before our arrival, and was very accommodating about our arrival time as we were traveling with a 10 month infant. There was plenty of space for 6 adults, spread out across 3 clean, comfortable bedrooms with nice family room area. The outdoor space was lovely, and provided an option to enjoy some nice weather. Theresa’s house is a short, comfortable walk into Quin Village, offering an interesting stroll around the Quin Friary remains, a small marked, a couple of quaint pub/restaurants. It’s exactly the way we had hoped to spend the day following an overnight flight into Shannon. Theresa recommended dinner at the popular Abbey Tavern in Quin Village, and called to make a reservation for us. In the morning, we awoke to a tray of delicious scones, jam and tea/coffee. There was more that we could have explored by car in the Ennis area had we stayed longer, but we did tour the nearby Bunratty Castle as we set out the next morning. Theresa sent us off with some much-appreciated water and snacks to fortify our explorations on the way to Galway. All in all, a very enjoyable stay, super convenient to Shannon Airport. I would look to stay again on a next visit to Ireland, particularly good for a day of recovery after an overnight flight.

Theresa is a great host and helped us to organise our stay. She recommended and booked a restaurant in town for us und was really helpful with any question! I can warmly recommend this location!
