Mark and Mary were wonderful hosts, we had a last minute change to our reservation and they came through in spades. We had an issue with the shower not draining properly and Mark had someone at the house in 30 minutes to correct it. He also called me and told me the property next door was vacant that morning and we could go over there to shower. This was not needed, but the fact that he offered up a secondary shower was incredible. The house was wonderful, very charming, it for sure felt like home from the moment we got there. If you are looking for something in the Harbor Springs/Petosky area, I highly recommend staying at one of the cottages. We are already looking to rebook for another relaxing fun time at one of these properties. I want to thank Mark and Mary for being fantastic hosts and you would be lucky to stay at this great place.

We loved the house it was comfortable, clean and the perfect location for us since we came for the tunnel of trees and boyne mountain sky bridge. The lake out back was so beautiful and had it not been late fall i know we would have loved enjoy the water. Mark was quick at responding and offered help also. We will be back ❤️

We had a wonderful stay with family visiting from the UK. The property was spotlessly clean & matched the description & photos. It was in a great location for visiting the area. We enjoyed the beach area down by the lake, perfect to watch the sunrise & ended the evening outdoors with a fire pit. The host was very responsive to any requests & made sure our needs were met promptly. We would highly recommend & would stay here again if visiting the area.

We had a great weekend with family. This was such a nice place. It was very clean and in a great location. The property is beautiful, with access to Round Lake. The amenities were above and beyond. Can’t wait to rent this house again.

Mark’s place exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and spacious (with many beds). Mark was very responsive to our questions and requests. Be aware of road noise. You may want to pack your earplugs if you’re not an early riser, but the noise does die down during the night.
