Artists home is lovely and relaxing. Exactly what we wanted. Clean and comfortable. Walk to everything in Vathy. Christina is the kindest, most accommodating host who wants to ensure you have a wonderful visit; provide recommendations, options, whatever you need.

Fantastic house in an absolutely stunning location just a stones throw away from some great tavernas and bars. The real highlight is the view of the harbour which you can see from the wonderful terrace- perfect spot for boat watching and morning coffee. Christina was a great host, we will be back! Ps make sure you visit gidaki beach. One of the best beaches we’ve seen!

Wow, what an incredible trip! Christina went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was absolutely fantastic. She greeted us warmly and provided us with a wealth of information. When one of our ferries was cancelled, she went out of her way to assist us in rebooking. The apartment is stunning, but the real highlight is the balcony with its breathtaking views. The location and island are stunning, and I cannot recommend it enough. If you visit, be sure to make time for Gidaki beach. The 30-minute walk is well worth it for the gorgeous scenery and the chance to have a massive beach all to yourself - it's a dream come true! Thank you so much, Christina!

The house was amazing, perfect location on the harbor road leading around Vathi Bay with stunning views. The house is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds are extremely comfortable so you are guaranteed a good nights sleep. Christina was amazing as well - warm, welcoming and attentive. Although I have been to Ithaca many time she shared her knowledge of other must see places. Christina throughout our stay remained in contact to make sure that everything was Ok and we were enjoying our time. The terrace is a perfect add on to just sit back and relax (a must to watch the sun rise over the opposing hillside and experience the changing colours of the sky). If you like walking I would recommend loosing yourself in the streets in Vathi with all the little lanes, hidden churches and the old ruins of houses and you will certainly get a feel for how life used to be years goneby. I would certainly return to Artist House again and Ithaca.
