Great location with responsive hosts! Had some trouble with the lock, but Nick was on it and over 10 min later trying to resolve the issue. Love the area and patio lounger too. The hosts also own a neighborhood market and it serves a lovely breakfast!!

This apartment and the people running it were AAA+. Nicholas and Fawaz are fantastic. I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you are looking for somewhere in the area, this is it.

Every aspect of the stay felt generous and well done- the well-stocked kitchen, amenities, high quality furnishings, and even a gift basket with a gift card to their nearby market. They did a stellar job of remodeling and the location is picturesque, quiet, and walkable. When I requested a cooking pot, they quickly brought it over. The unit is part of a multi-unit complex and the washer-dryer is shared and located outside. The first night, I was surprised how much I heard the guests next door. Our units share a bedroom wall and I heard loud footsteps and talking until about 3:30am, not murmurs, but words. A friend I was Facetiming asked if someone was there because they heard footsteps. The hosts spoke with the guests and it was very quiet the second night, though the negotiation was a bit uncomfortable. The hosts offered to refund me for the 2nd night's stay, but I refused because it ended up being so pleasant and was out of their control. All in all, a nice stay and great hosts.

Another great stay at a Jackson property for a 2-week business trip. Really clean & comfortable space, lovely and communicative hosts, comfy bed, quiet but walkable neighborhood. I look forward to staying again in the future.

We stayed for a week at Fawaz’s AirBnB while we were visiting our son and his family for Thanksgiving. It turned out perfectly. Everything was exactly as described and in excellent condition. The kitchen is very well equipped for actual cooking (beyond just microwaving). We were traveling with our dog, and it worked out great. We were all very comfortable. It’s a very safe and walkable neighborhood. Two thumbs up.
