We were so comfortable. Ours hosts were very attentive asking offering any assistance. We were happy to meet Audrey and one of their sons. When we return to Parker, I hope Solace in the Suburbs is available.

Solace??? Geez..I found none. What I did find was a few spiders, several sleepless nights, and a very noncommunicative host. Really standoff-ish. So...just a heads up for those considering the Solace... 1. I very positively, proactively extended my most warm, funny, and energetic introduction via my air bnb resrvation confirmation. I conveyed to the host/ess...info about me and why I was traveling just because I wanted to be a bit transparent, show friendliness and openness to communication. **** no response*** no acknowledgement 2. I was cool with that, because I wasn't trying to obtain an air bnb besty, just wanted to open up communication for our initial introductions b4 I got the key to their home. Like....mmm... an ice breaker ..shh$%% that ice was never broken. 3. The day of my arrival; because a contact number for host was made available in my res confirmation, I used it; and out of courtesy for the host and their accommodation I texted that number to inform them of my inte

Audrey's place was awesome. We were very comfortable there once we opened the heat vent. It is a very nice home and we had the entire lower level with a private entrance. The area got quite a bit of snow while we were there and they kept our walkway very clean all the time. We would stay here again

This was the perfect little place for what we needed. We were very busy and came back late at night, but it was always quiet. Very very comfortable, would highly recommend and use again!
