Une maison de caractère authentique et accueillante, au cœur de la Toscane. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines et malgré de très fortes températures, la maison est restée fraîche et agréable sans climatisation ! Alessandra est une hote accueillante qui partage toutes ses meilleures adresses. L’environnement de la maison est très beau et sûr - mèmes pour des enfants. A noter que la sécheresse a fait beaucoup baisser le niveau du petit lac de baignade - ce qui n’a pas empêché nos enfants de beaucoup s’amuser.

Wow! Villa Baronzola is a magical place!!! I went with my daughter and her two children (ages 5 and 7) and all three generations found it to be just right. The grounds are beautiful, the terrace has an amazing view and we practically lived out there. It was a perfect place for kids -- they were delighted by the animals, the lake, and the feeling of freedom to move. The kitchen, bedrooms, and inside space were clean and comfortable; well appointed with everything we needed for cooking at home and comfy sleeping. Montevarchi is a really cute town easy to access and Giorgio's restaurant within easy walking distance was fun, delicious, and affordable. Alessandra was an amazing host and went out of her way to make every aspect of our visit easy, enjoyable, and interesting. Not only will we return as a family, the children say they will bring their own kids there one day. I recommend this place soooo highly!

We could not have dreamt of a better stay! Everything was perfect, starting from the super warm & welcoming messages of Alessandra, the gorgeous house with so much character and the amazing view we had from there. The house has a lot of charm and is naturally cool - even if an a/c is provided we did not need to switch it on once. A bbq is provided and you could not imagine a better place to have one with picture perfect view :) The garden is great and fantastic with children, ours loved the pond and little boat. Finally, the best was the hospitality of Alessandra, that went above and beyond to make us feel at home and always had the best advices on what we could go visit and how. I look forward to being back again!

Ontzettend lieve, behulpzame en vriendelijke gastvrouw. Ze heeft er alles aan gedaan om ons op ons gemak te laten voelen. Het huis is erg mooi en tevens is er een prachtige tuin. De omgeving was prachtig, er is veel te doen en zien in het prachtige Toscane. Het huis was heerlijk koel door de dikke muren. Geen airconditioning nodig. Alles was schoon en netjes. En de keuken was smal maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bio meer is geschikt om even af te koelen maar niet om in te zwemmen. Het waterpeil was helaas gezakt door de hoge temperaturen. Alessandra heeft ons veel tips gegeven wat betreft de omgeving, winkels en restaurants. ✨

Erstmal die positiven Punkte: Alessandra ist eine nette Gastgeberin, sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns viele Tipps für Restaurants und Orte in der Nähe gegeben. Zum Empfang gab es selbstgemachten Wein und im Kühlschrank hausgemachte Marmelade. Aber: Die Unterkunft war nicht sehr sauber und hatte einen gewöhnungsbedürftigen Geruch. Staub auf den Oberflächen und Tierhaare auf der Bettwäsche, die ebenfalls nicht frisch gerochen hat. Außerdem gab es Mäuse im Haus, die nachts die Vorräte in der Küche angefressen und ihren Kot auf der Arbeitsfläche hinterlassen haben. Die Straße, die am Grundstück vorbeiführt war teilweise laut. Von ungestörter Natur kann also nicht die Rede sein. Auch der Hund aus der Wohnung über der Unterkunft hat sehr viel gebellt, als wir auf der Terrasse saßen. Wir können uns den Bewertungen der anderen Gäste leider nicht anschließen, auch wenn Alessandra sicherlich eine gute Gastgeberin ist.
