We stayed in Raul’s house for 2 months and really enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a walking distance from a pool, supermarkets and restaurants plus a car drive away from a major shopping area in Gran Alacant. There were a great many trails for walking and bicycling around, and the scenery was very comfortable and peaceful. We were four adults staying in the house, and we thought that the house is better suited for a family of four due to the small size of bedrooms. Eight people staying would be stretching your nerves. Raul was very helpful in any issues raised, quick to reply and fix things without delay. Anybody planning to stay in this house, please be aware that there are numerous dogs in the neighbourhood, barking at any movement. We stayed in the house for two months from mid-January until mid-March and the weather was nice. We enjoyed the BBQ area in the front, and understand that the summer sun shining from behind the house keeps things cooler. I recommend this place.

It is a very comfortable place to stay, with 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets and an outside area as well as a balcony. Well equipped, it's a very good place to stay!
