The birdhouse was great for a week long visit! The entire space was spotless-the shower was beautiful, the bed comfortable and the decor added to the charm. Also, the host left a few sweet treats and a personal note. I felt safe and comfortable here.

This place was darling. The host really cares about the space and our stay as a guest. We really enjoyed our time here. There were many details and extra touches making it feel like home. It was so pristine and clean. Our host was very proactive with our arrival instructions and responses to accommodate a special need. The neighborhood and surroundings is charming and peaceful. Very comfortable. We have never traveled this far east before and we loved to recommendations to make everything familiar and experience what we could. We would love to stay again.

This rental checks all the boxes. A block from a walking trail next to a river, a block from multiple restaurants of different types from breakfast spots, to quick lunches to full-experience dinners. Several local breweries/bars as well. Parking available off-street and just across the street from the unit. If you're pairing remote work with your visit, there is a perfect work station in the common area. There is a day bed that doubles as a couch or sleeping for an additional guest. The primary bedroom is cozy and comfortable. I have some vision issues and need good lighting. The recessed lights and lamps in key areas around the units were wonderful. Emelia, the host, is quick to respond, helpful and accommodating. I value that she thinks of the small things, such as enough hangers in the closet, cleaning supplies, a luggage stand, fully-stocked kitchen utensils, pots/pans, spices, scissors, and sandwich baggies for leftovers. These amenities make the stress of travel melt away.
