Joel's place looks just like the pictures, it's homey. Everything was clean, Beds were very comfortable. When you walk in, it feels nice and cool. The beach is only 2mins walk and kiosks.. good restaurants. Guards are very friendly. I also walked around at night.. Fell very safe

Joel's place was clean, it had a nice view, tv, coffee machine, fridge, and all the appliances worked well. Lots of towels plus a washer and dryer which was very nice and helpful. The place was nice. Close to the beach, walking distance to jobos beach. The beach close to the complex is rocky so not the best place to swim. But walk about 5 or 10 mins rt. or lft. and you're good. There was only one issue we had with the place and if it wasn't for that, we would stay there again. The Roaches. They were a problem. We kinda don't like roaches. To be fair we told him about the problem and the next day he did send an exterminator out to spray. But the thing is if you got roaches a 20 minute spritz ain't gonna fix it. Nevertheless, he did try to do something. Still, when we got home we didn't bring anything in the house. We shook everything out first then put it all in the washer. So, if you dont have an issue with a few roaches running around it's a nice place! Just dont leave any food out.

This was the first Airbnb we have ever booked. What an amazing experience. This place is immaculate, cleaned, private and the pool is amazing. We will definitely come back in our next trip! Joel was very responsive. Thank you! :)
