Ivica's place offered great value, particularly because the bus stop to the old town was conveniently close. Just that when coming from the old town, the bus stop was a bit farther. Nonetheless, everything was excellent. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean and well-equipped with amenities like a refrigerator, kettle, cupboard, and air conditioning. The check-in and check-out process was also straightforward, and Ivica was a highly responsive and accomodating host. He even went the extra mile by helping us carry our luggage up the stairs (only a bit of stairs at the entrance) when we first arrived.

Ubicación perfecta para visitar Dubrovnik, una parada de autobús a 1min del alojamiento que pasa cada 20min y te deja en el centro. Ivica muy atento y contesta muy rápido a cualquier duda.

Extremely clean and tidy ( looked new) small but appropriate apartment with all the amenities required for a short stay. On the top floor, which was not a problem for us, but some might find the outside stairs a challenge with a suitcase. Great location on the picturesque inlet behind Dubrovnik, the bus into town runs frequently and stops right above the apartment house. We bought a three day pass from the kiosk up the road (€11) and travelled to and fro frequently ( single trip is €2). Trip takes 15-20 mins, depending on time of day or night. Note: there is some road noise but with the windows closed and air con on (temps were in the 30’s c) it was not an issue. One can also occasionally hear the neighbours through the walls.
