We are a team of 4 Eastern Europeans and 4 Jamaicans from different professional backgrounds but with one common passion: their LOVE for Jamaica, that we would like to share with our guests. We formed a property management and tour company to help visitors of Jamaica to enjoy this lovely island by providing a top notch accommodations and unique experiences. We have lived in various countries and travelled to over 80 countries in the world. We know what's important for guests during their travels and try to arrange my apartments accordingly. We put a lot of love in passion in decorating and furnishing our places yet keeping prices reasonable. We hope we will get a chance to host you. WHY and WHEN to stay with us: 1. If you are concerned about safety. Jamaica has a high crime rate. Even though tourists are extremely unlikely to be the target of any violent crimes, some common accommodation can attract burglary and similar crimes of opportunity. ALL of our properties are located at VERY SAFE gated compounds and communities with 24/7 security or police station nearby. 2. If you need a good beach. All our properties are within walking distance to the beach. We also provide FREE Beach access to Hard Rock Cafe for properties located in that area. 3. If you are looking for a comfortable relaxing vacation with easy reach to multiple amenities. All our apartments are fully equipped with ALL the necessities, wi-fi, cable TV and air conditioning. Most of them offer access to the pool/beach and gym on the property. We can provide other services: tours (3 of our members are certified tour guides), airport pick-ups, chef, cleaning, nanny, grocery shopping or delivery, driver, car rental. In addition, our properties are connected to the hotels and we are less likely to experience power outages that are very common in many other areas around the city. 4. If cleanliness is a must. We use professional cleaning services and personally check every property before you check-in. 5. If you are booking in advance and are concerned that your host might cancel. Don’t worry, we are superhosts, which means we would never ever cancel a reservation unless in unlikely extraordinary circumstances outside of our control (e.g. flood). 6. If you want privacy and a flexible host. We respond to most questions/concerns within an hour and we are committed to fix any issues in our control within the same day. We give our guests a lot of privacy (unless you ask otherwise), which means you can check-in any time after your check-in time and request later check-out. We try our best to be flexible and accommodate your all needs and requests. When to look ELSEWHERE: When you are looking for a full immersion in rural Jamaican experience or local culture (you sh ould not be looking in Montego Bay for that anyway) While we can give you a good taste of that (offer Jamaican meals, local tours, etc), our highest priorities are your comfort and confidence in safety, with properties centrally located in the developed areas ideally suited for a worry-free relaxing vacation. Other things to note: When choosing a location to stay in Montego Bay, remember that it is a small town, most places will appear to be close by to the beach and entertainment, however please do some research about the area you are considering. You can be 10 min away but up in the hills which is very difficult to reach by taxi with very bad roads and you would end up spending $30 on cabs each time you leave the property (there is no uber or taxi meters here, prices for tourists can be very high, some neighbourhoods are far less safe and walking at night can be strongly discouraged etc. Do your research first!
