The location is amazing. We had a nice stay here. One of the strong points is that there are two toilets working perfectly and it’s so good to stay even two families as we were. Davit can speak English very well which makes an easy communication.

Nice and quiet Very clean apartment. A tidy kitchen and having a variety of dishes that will meet your needs for cooking at home. Clean and tidy bathrooms and toilets with children's wash basins. Quality wardrobes. Exactly in the most central part. With a two-minute walk from each side, you will reach the opposite parts of the center of Yerevan. You will never need a taxi. Super security. My wife and I stayed in this house with my two children for twenty days. Although the children were playful and noisy, we were never objected by the neighbors. Responsive and responsible landlord. I will definitely try to book this house again in my next stays. If Davit sees this message, I want to say that a very good memory was made for us in Yerevan. Thank you Davit.
