Rigtig skøn bolig - stor og rummelig. Dog lidt støj fra nærliggende motorvej, men det positive ved dette, er at du hurtigt kan komme til de omkringliggende byer. Dejligt område og lækker faciliteter, men poolen er ikke børnevenlig, da den var meget dyb, samt det ikke er tilladt at hoppe i poolen eller spille med bold i poolen, men for større børn og voksne er det et stille og fredeligt område omkring poolen. Naturskøn beliggenhed. OBS på at det koster ekstra pr. nat for benyttelse af aircondition.

We had a great holiday! The pool is fantastic and cleaned every day. The grounds are very well maintained and secured by an electric gate. The property is also close to a main road which did not bother us at all. The villa was clean and comfortable but the kitchen could have been better equipped (toaster, kettle etc). We were very grateful for air-con and having access to a large supermarket and shopping mall which was only a few minutes away in the car. The villa is well located to visit Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio and a beautiful waterfall at Marmore. Dina the site manager speaks excellent English and was on site to help with all our enquiries. She is very friendly and helpful and even helped us to book a doctors appointment. It might be useful to know that the pool is not exclusive to residents, but also open to locals. It wasn't a big issue although we would have preferred the pool to be quieter at times. Overall we had a fantastic holiday with a visit to Rome being our highlight!

SCONSIGLIATO! La proprietà è a ridosso dell’autostrada. L’appartamento che ci hanno dato non era quello delle foto dell’annuncio. Abbiamo potuto risolvere la situazione solamente grazie all’intervento di Airbnb.

Agriturismo molto carino. Proprietari disponibili e gentili. Appartamento molto bello e ben arredato. Comodo per chi vuole visitare la zona dell'Umbria in quanto vicinissimo all'autostrada ma silenzioso la notte. Camp dei bambini dalle 9 della mattina, un po' chiassosi ma sempre bambini sono! Piscina ampia e piacevole la sera al rientro dalle escursioni.
