Overall the stay here was good but the lock malfunctioned when we arrived and we had to wait outside for ~30 mins before the host contacted us to resolve the issue. There were alone clean dishes in the dishwasher that I had to put away before I could put my used dishes in it. Otherwise the place was clean and comfortable, the balcony was great for letting our dog out on to get some fresh air, the bathroom and kitchen were well-stocked, and the bed was comfortable.

We’re (my wife & I plus our dog) are on a cross-country road trip & wanted to stay in Kansas City along the way to check it out & take a much needed day off. We found out that we really dug KCMO & a great deal of that was thanks to Heather’s apartment! Really well appointed, very comfortable, dog friendly & the laundry was quiet enough to dry a load while we were drifting off to sleep. The place is just a couple blocks up from dining/shopping in Country Club Plaza, more than easy walking distance. The bed was a little too soft for me but my traveling companions were in heaven! Would absolutely stay again!

Great location. Convenient parking. Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable sleep. A strong chemical smell from the cleaners when we arrived.
